Advanced Primary Care and Alternative Medicine, LLC is a primary care office that specializes in adults and geriatrics. Office is owned and operated by Dr. April Small MHA, AGNP, DNP.

April Small is a doctorate level prepared nurse practitioner who has been in the medical field for 19 years. April started as a registered nurse in 2003 and has experience in the emergency room, medical oncology, surgical centers, and long term care. In 2015, April began her nurse practitioner career with Antietam Geriatric Internal Medicine Center in Hagerstown, Maryland where she provided primary care services to office patients, nursing home, and assisted living facilities.  In 2020, she opened Advanced Primary Care and Alternative Medicine, LLC to be able to meet the needs of the community.
